Balance you Junk/ Heavy food

There is no food that can be classified as good or bad as long as it's had in moderation. We need to balance our diet if we are taking some thing heavy or junk for our taste buds.

Here I am giving some after diets after having your temptation once to control your health damage

After Chocolate cake
The constipation caused by taking a chocolate cake can be controled by taking a bowl of piping hot vegetable stew teamed with while grain bread

After Chinese food
Most Chinese meals are cooked with a generous sprinkling of ajinomoto, to avoid its hazards effects a person should go with water and green tea these two things are the best way to detox the body.
Excessive salt intake can be balance by consuming a glass of coconut water.

After Cheese pizza
After a cheesy pizza, your next meal should be a plain bowl of steamed vegetable to compensate for the fiber you can couple it with some brown rice or multi-grain bread

After Ice Cream
Most ice-creams have colour and preservatives that meddle with the digestive juice, making it difficult to process. Gulp down a glass of masala chaas with a hint of ginger or jaljeera. Your next meal should be a bowl of spinach soup with a slice of rye bread which will ensure smooth bowel movements.

Fruits such as papaya , peach musk melon and pear too help ward off severe acidity. So eat healthy, to stay healthy.
